Ill read my top three

1. I have more comics and graphic novels on then books
2. I Read 4 or 5 web comics daily
3. I Screamed at my friend because he once lost one of my comic

-Im a movie addict
-I know everything about characters in tv shows and movies.. i actually take the time to figure it all out..
-I write fan fiction non stop
-I love to read non stop
-I have more pictures of celebs an characters then my actual family.
-I am always writing.

Well, let's see. According to the media, I am a nerd because I am intelligent, love to read, love sci fi, and am not a sports addict. (Although I do love baseball and football.) I am also a movie fanatic, with about 500 movies on DVD. Oh yeah, I go to sci fi conventions, IN COSTUME!

-favorite shows and movies, I have watched all, then read the spin off in books(Charmed, Star Trek, Star Wars)

-I love and have so many books (sci-fi & fantasy) that my friends told me to become a librarian, so I did.

-Watch reruns as often I can.

-Want to be one of the first colonists to move to Mars

- I also own many comics/grapic novels/mangas whatever you wanna call them.
- I like to hang out at my local comic shop.
- I won't hesitate to spend a lot of money on an RPG (which I just did, there goes a ton of graduation money).
- I love reading fan fiction.
- I can use proper grammar. (If you know most teenagers this is a shock)
- Many hours of my short life have been dedicated to the utter completion of video games.
- I spend a lot of time on the internet.
- I go to conventions.
- I suppose last but not least, I play Dungeons & Dragons every Saturday night where as most of my friends are partying or some such nonsense.

I am just getting back into D&D after a loooooooong time away from it. I am stunned by how much has changed in that time. And by how much money it is going to cost me to update all of my books!!!! The only good thing about being single is that I am not spending that money on someone else!!! On the other hand, I would prefer to spend it on someone else.

What makes me a nerd/geek:
....

*I love Anime/manga
* I dunno what I'd do without the internet
* I like using words like 'dunno' instead of 'don't know' and 'prolly' instead of 'probably,' but I can NOT stand leet talk. ("Y r u acting weerd? Dat 1s so k00l th4t u r a n3rd!!!")
*Seeing mispellings of words kills me a little inside ( Using 'your' instead of 'you're,' 'there' instead of 'their,' etc.)
*How I can have a tendency to read too much at times (not so much now that college is once again underway).
*I like to hear my friends use big words around me, even if I don't know what it means.
* I use anime faces: ^_^, n_n, ; _ , o.o, o_O
* I believe that a little common sense can go a looong way! (believe me, that sounds stupid, but I have run into people who don't use it).

First off I am a nerd because generally and without warning I will say something linking the topic having something to do with a comic character in real life and people are like who the heck is Matt Murdock and when i tell them they give me some bs about Daredevil not being real so I just walk away.

Secondly I revere Stan Lee as a god, he is also my idol, and if i was a girl I would totally try to do him. But no I am not gay for Stan.

Thirdly I take everything comic book related very seriously, when Goliath died I literally teared up(Civil War). I am a die hard Marvel fan I know many people say that Marvels writing is wacked up, yeah some of it is but Civil War kicks serious arse.

Fourthly and lastly I am a nerd because I am devoted to doing my own stories no not fan fic, but literally creating my own characters and storyline.

Other than that I generally consider myself a nerd proudly

- I dress up like Indiana Jones at conventions.
- My monthly comic list is up to 15 titles/month.
- I would rather go see a "Midnight Madness" movie than "hit da club."
- I once traveled all the way to New York just to see the broadway production of "RENT."
- I have been to two successive "Weird Al" Yankovic fan conventions.
- I play accordion.

Ok lets see

- I read way to much. Once I find an author I like I will read all their work. I enjoy going into book shops and libraries. Even if i don't get anything.
- I read comics. Not everynow and again but as a religion.
- I regualy buy Wizzard. Which where I come from is very hard to do.
- I love Dr Who. Even the old B&W ones.
- I know Wolverine's real name and past.
- I am a reguler reader of webcomics and fan fiction.
- I live for fantasy.
- I enjoy quotes from movies. Not the movies just the quotes. (I donno if that makes me a geek or just weird)
- I have Weird Al and Monty Python CDs.
There are most likely more reasions but I'm over it now.
